Livingston (ROC) Roberts began doing personal training over 18 years ago. Rocfitness Training Center, located at 29142 US 19 N in Clearwater, Florida, was established in 1999.

Roc played football in High School and went to play Semi-pro in West Palm Beach. Roc began lifting weights in 1983 and started competing in 1991 where he began gaining accomplishments. Following are a few of many of his accomplishments:

• 1994- First Place for the Iron House open 220 "Bench Press Battle"
• 1998-Fourth Place for the Tampa Bay Classic Light Heavy Weight Division
• 2002-Won the Tampa Bay Classic over 35 Masters Division
• 2004-Third Place for the Tampa Bay Classic Open Light Division
• 2004-Second Place for the Lakeland Body Building & Figure Classic

Roc has worked with a variety of professionals from athletes, entertainers and business persons.

Kim Roberts has been a personal trainer for 12 Years, and specializes in taking her clients to the next level. She has worked with many clients over the years and will help you establish your personal goals and put you on the right path for achieving them. Kim also runs "Massage By Kim" and specializes in Swedish, Shiatsu, and Sport Massage. Kim has over 17 years of experience in the field of massage.

Roc and Kim specialize in one on one personal training for couples and also offer in home personal training.
